How our club functions
Rotaract has an Executive Committee to lead the club, facilitate the running of meetings and projects, and to ensure our administrative and financial accountability. However, it isn’t a strongly hierarchical organisation. All members make valuable contributions to the club and our work, and we welcome hearing everyone’s ideas and opinions at meetings. Dedicated and active members are encouraged to run for a position on the executive at the yearly change-over – it’s a great opportunity to enhance your leadership and project-management skills!
